Reactive maintenance service, including out of hours callouts and covering most aspects of property maintenance. We are able to provide a swift response and suitable resolution to most property maintenance. For Holiday Rentals and second homes our service is guest-friendly and we always ensure guests are kept informed both before and at the end of any work.

We also offer planned maintenance services across our property portfolio.

Our maintenance repair services include, but are not limited to; plastering and plaster repairs; gutter repairs, including cast iron and gutter cleaning; roofing /slate repair; stone wall repairs; patio repairs; drainage; tiling; rotten windows and joinery repairs; general maintenance to doors, windows etc..

We are also happy to carry out an assessment on your property as well as advise you on the best course of action.
